This year we have decided to share with our guests a much awaited moment: the olive harvest. They have always been days of intense work but also of celebration, to talk about oneself while harvesting, to feed on good food as well as good energy and breath ... in the moment. To share playlists and stories, to caress the leaves and thank the branches for their fruits, to soft hands after so much touching of olives, to "take care" of the trees by pruning them with firmness, decision .... love and trust because they will grow better thanks to pruning. We have therefore organized four days for you to share this wonderful experience! We will be immersed in a wonderful panorama on the hills of the Gulf of Salò, we will work together, we will understand how to prune the olive trees, how to taste the oil, how the mill works the olives, we will taste our home cooking together, we will listen to live music in front of a bonfire of crackling olive branches, this year will be a real olive grove party for you too!
